Refunds & Returns

We hope you love everything you receive from Beckette & Book. Each box and product is thoughtfully curated to bring joy, comfort, and a spark of literary magic. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must return the item within 14 days of contacting us.

To request a return, email us at enquiriesbecketteandbook@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our curated products, we cannot accept returns on individual items originating from any Beckette Box.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at enquiriesbecketteandbook@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution as quickly as possible for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item).

  • Beckette & Book is not responsible for returned items lost in the post. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless:

  • The item was incorrect or faulty, or

  • We have agreed to cover the return in writing.
