You can return most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note: • Items must be in their original condition and packaging. • Custom or personalised products (like build-your-own boxes) are non-refundable unless faulty. • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days, and any order outside the UK can take upwards of 10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

We do accept returns on any books but only if they are visibly damaged and can be proven by image.
